excellent stay close to prado
great locationfriendly stafflounge area
the location was superb near the prado museum. it was also close to the atocha train station. the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. breakfast included many choices and the rooms were very clean.
i found the lack of a lobby to be an inconvenience. also, the lounge area was not excellent .

the staff offered attentive service, always happy to help with a smile. front desk personnel assisted with directions and recommendations. bell staff were available to assist with luggage and transportation needs.

the hotel is across the street from the prado museum. many eateries are within walking distance. the location is very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city

The location was excellent. The prado museum was just across the street. the room included a built-in closet with lighting. This made organizing clothes easy. i also appreciated the large selection at the breakfast buffet. There were many options available.
